General Delivery info
All orders are made to order. Processing typically takes 2–5 business days before dispatch. Shipping times may vary depending on your location:
USA: 3–7 business days
International: 7–15 business days
Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by customs processing, postal delays, or peak seasons. Tracking details will be provided once your order has shipped.
Packaging
We use recyclable paper mailers or cardboard boxes whenever possible. Some packaging may still contain plastics, but we’re working to increase eco-friendly alternatives over time.
International orders
We ship worldwide. Import duties, taxes, and customs fees may apply depending on your country. These charges are determined by local authorities and are the responsibility of the customer. Check your country’s customs policies before ordering.
RETURN TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Because each item is made to order, we only accept returns for the following:
Damaged or defective items
Incorrect items received
If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, contact us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and photos. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost.
For all other reasons (e.g. sizing, change of mind), returns aren’t supported. Please double-check your order before confirming.
Refunds
Approved refunds are processed within 2–3 business days after confirmation. Your payment provider may require additional time to finalize the transaction.
